Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment.
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
A deposit at time of booking is required to secure your place.
On the day of your tour, please pay the balance of your ticket cost to your guide (cash please).
Group rates may be available upon request.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full ticket amount.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to extreme weather, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
3. Tour Changes.
We reserves the right to alter or change the itinerary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
4. Safety and Liability.
Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.
The company is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
Participants join the tour at their own risk. Please ensure you are physically able to walk the distance required (up to 3 miles with steps and stairways).
5. Children and Minors.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in their care.
The tour provides a lot of information, so it is not recommended for children under 12 or those who struggle with concentration.
6. Punctuality.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals may miss the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Photography and Media.
Photos and videos may be taken during the tour by participants for private use or by the guide for promotional use.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the guide and others attendees at the beginning of the tour.
8. Code of Conduct.
Respect the guide, fellow participants, and local communities.
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Weather Conditions.
Tours run rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear.
10. Governing Law.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
